Our team remains committed to providing you with continuity in your banking needs. Our branch service experience is changing temporarily as we follow health and safety practices recommended by health officials. This includes moving to drive-through only service where available and reducing hours to allow time for proper sanitization and rest. Teams at the branches are practicing social distancing for your and their safety.

As conditions evolve, branch locations and opening hours will adjust accordingly. To avoid any inconvenience, we encourage you to visit the CITIZENS FIRST BANK Branch Locator for hours and closures before you decide to visit a branch.

We have expanded our menu of services available for drive-through banking. To ensure we can meet the urgent needs of all our customers, please visit branches only for vital services that cannot be completed through an ATM, CITIZENS FIRST BANK Digital Banking or phone. We kindly ask that if you are feeling unwell, that you refrain from visiting a branch.

Like you, I am disappointed to hear that there have been reports of increased phishing and fraud attempts from people trying to take advantage of this crisis. Please remember that CITIZENS FIRST BANK will never ask for your account information or passwords in email. If you suspect your account has been compromised please contact your local branch to secure your account from any more adverse actions.

The banking Industry is strong and robust, with the backing of the Federal Deposit Insurance Company your money is safe and insured. It is not necessary to hold extra cash, as it creates other concerns for personal safety.
